Why it is included
  • NYC DOT states the ferry runs between Whitehall Terminal and St. George Terminal, takes about 25 minutes, is free, and does not carry cars.
  • Useful for a deliberate Lower Manhattan harbor break, not as a substitute for Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island tickets.
